At Tridhama Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all our products are carefully packed and delivered in good condition. However, if you face any issues, please review our policy below.

📦 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is missing in the order

👉 To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proper unboxing video/photo proof is required

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

  • Products purchased under special offers or discounts

💰 3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🔁 4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost

  • Replacement will be processed after verification of proof (images/video)

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Share order details and issue proof (images/video)

  3. Our team will verify and guide you with next steps

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
